We are looking for a Legal Team Lead with experience in the FinTech niche to help us grow our business on the international stage while ensuring compliance with legal regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Responsibilities:

• • Manage and Lead the Legal Team: Supervise, mentor, and develop the skills of two legal team members, ensuring their professional growth and capacity to handle complex legal matters
  • Strategic Legal Risk Mitigation & Planning: Develop and implement long-term legal strategies for compliance and legal operations aligned with the company’s goals for expansion, M&A, corporate governance, and international operations
  • Corporate Structure and Governance: Lead efforts in structuring the company legally for optimal tax efficiency, risk management, and scalability. Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with board and shareholder requirements

Requirements:

• • Higher legal education
  • Experience +2 years as a team lead
  • Experience +5 years as a legal officer
  • Experience in international contract review (including negotiations with partners on legal matters) is a must
  • Experience in software development, fintech, or crypto payments is a plus
  • Experience in corporate, economic, contractual, and labor law, and support of cross-border economic activities; experience in tax and IP matters is advantageous
  • Possesses strong commercial, contract, corporate, labor, and international private law knowledge
  • Is fluent in English (business and legal vocabulary)
  • Has business correspondence and negotiation skills
