Overview
What you’ll be doing:
- Help manage all aspects of user management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Salesforce configuration and development changes, including (but not limited to): Fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- Salesforce development, including (but not limited to): Apex Classes, Flows, Triggers, Lightning web components, Web Services.
- Assist on creating and maintaining system documentation.
- Identify areas of standardization and simplification in salesforce and Improve user adoption of features.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I, skilled in configuration, integration, and customization. Proficient in Platform Limits, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in system processes and functionality, staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to Salesforce.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, fostering strong relationships within the team and across departments. Values open communication and actively contributes to a supportive and inclusive work environment, helping to drive collective success.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Hubspot, Gainsight, DeaHub, Salesloft, or similar GTM technologies.
- Experience with Customer Portals.
- Hands-on, organized and solution oriented.
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I & Platform Developer II, Salesforce Javascript Developer I, Architect certifications…).

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $93,500.00 to $140,300.00
- Germany: €62,200.00 to €93,300.00
- United Kingdom: £60,600.00 to £90,900.00
- Singapore: S$116,200.00 to S$174,200.00
If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
